| I have been out in Park City, Utah for the past week at
our first altitude training camp of the year. With the
Olympics being held high in the Italian Alps, it is essential
that we have some exposure to altitude before the winter.

Summer
Training for Winter 06/09/05 Tim Burke |
| I am back up in Fort Kent, Maine right now at a training
camp. Everything is going well and we have been training very
hard. Spring seems to have left the Northeast, we finally have
more sun than rain, which makes training more
enjoyable. |

Goglia |
| In the fitness industry there is a joke that goes

An
Update from Tim Burke 01/27/05 Tim
Burke |
| I am spending the day packing up and getting ready to head
back over to Europe for six weeks. I can't wait to get back on
the road and back racing, it feels like I have been home for
too long. After spending many winters constantly traveling, I
begin to get restless if I am in one place for very long.

and Mobility 01/25/02 J.R. Rogers |
| In previous editions of this Chronicle, we talked about
some fundamental "static" stretching exercises that will

this can be used, it is something that every sufferer of
arthritis should be doing every day.
