I have been out in Park City, Utah for the past week at our first altitude training camp of the year. With the Olympics being held high in the Italian Alps, it is essential that we have some exposure to altitude before the winter.

I am back up in Fort Kent, Maine right now at a training camp. Everything is going well and we have been training very hard. Spring seems to have left the Northeast, we finally have more sun than rain, which makes training more enjoyable.

All is well here in Lake Placid. I am still at home training until the the end of May and then I will be headed back to Maine. Training has been going really well and I feel that I am already in pretty good shape.

I am on my home right now from the North American/ US National Championships races that mark the end of the racing season. I had an incredible week of racing and captured two National titles as well as two North American titles.
