April 10, 2013
Let’s face it. Arthritis hip pain down right sucks—especially now that temperatures are climbing and it’s so much nicer outside than it was a month ago. But that debilitating pain in our hips can make it really difficult to do things we’d normally do like go to the zoo with the kids, camping, or a day at your local amusement park. We need arthritis hip pain relief that is reliable and effective. Sure you could take pain killers, but you don’t have to. You don’t have to pump your body with NSAIDs.
Many of you have asked about exercises for hip pain. Combined with our liquid glucosamine chondroitin supplement, you can have arthritis hip pain relief you so desperately want. We found some exercises you can do to help with arthritis hip pain. Remember to talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns when starting a new exercise regimen.
Stretch Those Hips
Lay down on flat on your back. Bend one leg and bring to your chest. Stretch your leg to the left. Stretch your leg to the right. Switch legs and repeat.
It’s getting warmer and what a perfect way to have fun and exercise than go for a swim? The Arthritis Foundation reports decreased arthritis hip pain from swimming. So take the kids to the pool and have some fun!
Work Those Thighs
Your thighs are attached to your hips. Strengthening them promotes arthritis hip pain relief.
Inner Thighs: Lie flat on your back. Squeeze an exercise ball ten times between your thighs 10 times.
Outer Thighs: Leg lifts are great for outer thighs. Lie on your side and lift your leg six inches from the floor and hold for three seconds. Repeat 10 times. Switch sides and repeat. Don’t do these if they’re too painful. Don’t worry if you can’t lift your leg six inches. Lift as much as you can.
Taking Synflex liquid glucosamine while doing hip exercises is quite the combo. Liquid glucosamine rebuilds cartilage (helping alleviate arthritis pain). The chondroitin in our formula loosens joints and helps increase mobility. It’s a win-win if you suffer from arthritis hip pain.
