Happy Groundhog Day! Those of you who are not fans of winter can  breathe a sigh of relief! Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow today. That means we’ll have six less weeks of winter. Some of us at Synflex are happy about that. Are you?

It may not seem that obvious, but groundhog day is important for those of us seeking arthritis pain relief. Because of the lower barometric pressure that comes along with winter, we tend to feel arthritis pain more so than any other time of year. It’s also harder to get out and be active in the winter because of the colder temps. It makes taking arthritis joint supplements even more important to get that much needed arthritis pain relief.

Now if you love winter, well—sorry. There could be a chance that Mr. Punxsutawney Phil is wrong and we’ll have another 6 weeks of winter. You can enjoy your winter sports and hot chocolate.

Either way, remember to take your Synflex. If you have an aging pet, remember they want arthritis pain relief too.
