Refund Policy & Guarantee
If you do not feel a positive impact on your osteoarthritis
we will refund the cost of purchase, for up to 3 bottles, within 90 days of the original purchase date - just send the remaining portion (even the empty bottles) back to us for a full and prompt refund.
If using Syn-flex®
for your pet, we guarantee you will see a positive impact
in your pet. If
not, send it back to us and we will issue a full prompt refund within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Shipping Policy
We offer shipping for all Synflex ® orders within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. For international orders, real-time shipping rates are quoted by USPS International Mail options. We also offer DHL Express shipping alternatives for both domestic (for an additional charge) and international orders. Charges are quoted and billed separately.
