Glucosamine and Super Fit Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

On a hot summer day, all you want to do is drink a nice cold something and quench that thirst! If it had a shot of glucosamine and it was good for you, would it matter? Well of course it would! It would be good for you, tasty, and thirst quenching. This smoothie recipe is tangy and great if you are watching your weight.

1 cup strawberries
2 kiwis
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups ice
1 dose Synflex Liquid Glucosamine
Garnish: strawberry

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. For garnish, cut one strawberry down the center, keeping the top and leaves intact. Makes one 12 oz. serving.
