Refund Policy & Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Synflex® for any reason, simply send the bottles back within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full and prompt refund, even if the bottles are empty!

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all retail Synflex® orders within the United States via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Smart Post. All international customers are subject to shipping charge, if one cannot be provided at the time of purchase, it will be assessed separately before shipping out the order. International customers can choose the carrier they prefer from USPS Priority International, DHL Express, or FedEx via email (info@synflexamerica.com). All orders placed before 10:00 am EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed thereafter will be shipped the following business day. Orders shipping within the U.S. can be expected within 3-5 business days.
