Powerful Glucosamine Formula

Synflex® has been on the most successful Glucosamine formulas on the market. And, it was the first liquid formula to arrive on the market as well. However, given the success of Syn-flex®, it was not long before other companies brought their liquid products out. However, many use only one type of Glucosamine. Let’s look at what works and what does not.

Is it Glucosamine Hydrochloride or Glucosamine Sulfate that works better?

What many do not realize is that Glucosamine itself is the ingredient that is active in any formula. The argument about sulfate or hydrochloride acid salt are about which ingredient absorbs faster. In brief, whatever the stated amount of Glucosamine is (For example, 1,250 mg. or 1,500 mg.) will depend on the amount of the salt (sodium) it contains.

The earlier clinical studies generally used Glucosamine Sulfate and by comparison, Glucosamine Hydrochloride has a lot less sodium per dose. Glucosamine Sulfate may contain as much as thirty-percent (30%) sodium.

The presence of other salts also affects the dose needed to gain the relevant amount of Glucosamine. In a direct comparison, you would have to consume about two grams (2g) of Glucosamine Sulfate to equal the benefits found in (1.5 g) of Glucosamine Hydrochloride.

The Syn-flex® products use both Glucosamine Sulfate and Glucosamine Hydrochloride. That ensures that the delivery of the Glucosamine is at its maximum value as stated on the product label.
