If it had a shot of glucosamine and it was good for you, would it matter? Well of course it would! It would be good for you, tasty, and thirst quenching. This smoothie recipe is tangy and great if you are watching your weight.

Super Fit Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 dose Synflex Liquid Glucosamine
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Garnish: strawberry

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. For garnish, cut one strawberry down the center, keeping the top and leaves intact. Makes one 12 oz. serving.

An Adult Beverage
If you’re so inclined, you can add a splash of chilled red wine to make it more adult friendly for a evening night cap. A red blend sweet wine would work nicely. Now, red wine has antioxidants and ant-inflammatory properties, but too much can speed up arthritis symptoms.
